We collect your email address and name for account creation and authentication. Marking data — including candidate names, numbers, marks and comments — is stored securely in your account and never shared with third parties.

Account and marking data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL platform with row-level security ensuring only you can access your own data.

We do not use analytics or tracking software. Authentication sessions use secure cookies managed by Supabase.

The tool loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. No other third-party services are used.

Purchase of the Ileva Marking Assistant grants a single-user, non-transferable, annual licence to the purchasing individual. The tool may not be shared with, distributed to, or used by any person other than the licence holder.

The licence is an annual subscription. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

The tool is provided as-is. Ileva accepts no responsibility for marking decisions made using the tool. Users are responsible for ensuring they are working to the correct OCR mark scheme.

This tool is independently developed by Ileva and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or produced in association with OCR, Cambridge Assessment, or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
